Mascoz Rolls Out Major April Update with Enhanced Avatar Features and User-Centric Improvements

Mascoz, the avatar-based community platform, is set to release a significant update on April 28, introducing a wide range of features aimed at enhancing user experience and expanding creative possibilities. Based on direct feedback from its user base, the update brings notable improvements to customization, functionality, and performance.

One of the key highlights of this update is the addition of new avatar items, allowing users to express themselves with even greater freedom. Some premium items can be purchased using Coz, Mascoz’s in-platform currency. Coz can be earned through community activities such as event participation, voting, and other interactions, and can also be purchased if needed. To encourage early engagement, a dedicated event page has been launched, giving users the chance to collect Coz ahead of the update.

The platform is also expanding avatar capabilities. Users will now be able to create and store up to five different avatar slots, allowing for easy switching between styles depending on context or mood. A newly introduced “Avatar Pose” feature enables users to trigger expressive poses via shortcut keys, eliminating the need for hand-tracking hardware. This feature, available for free for a limited time, is expected to be especially useful for creating visual content like screenshots and social media posts.

To support beginners, Mascoz is introducing 12 sample avatars designed by experienced creators. These serve as intuitive starting points for users unfamiliar with avatar customization, making it easier to adapt and personalize their own characters. The platform’s inclusive design ensures that both newcomers and advanced users can enjoy a rewarding experience.

In terms of interface and system performance, Mascoz is rolling out a refreshed UI that simplifies navigation and streamlines item application. Certain female avatar heads have been upgraded with more expressive detail, enabling a broader range of emotional customization. Meanwhile, older items that caused performance issues—especially those using physics-based animations—have been optimized or retired, resulting in improved system stability and smoother user interactions.

The Mascoz development team emphasized that this update is a direct response to user feedback and reflects their continued focus on enhancing the platform’s usability. “This is more than just an update — it’s a meaningful evolution based on what our users truly want,” they noted.

Looking ahead, Mascoz is planning to expand beyond community-driven avatar customization. Upcoming features will include support for live streaming, collaborations with virtual idols, and branded partnerships, all aimed at strengthening its position as a next-generation avatar platform that bridges technology, culture, and creativity.
